Can you help me with skin care?
Okay, so my skin is sorta clear. I dont have zits on my cheeks, nose, and chin. But some on the right side of my forehead. I also have somewhat un noticeable blackheads near my eyebrows, chin, and nose. I wash my face when I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed, in he shower, and ocassionally after school. I also use the non prescription Neutrogena acne cream, with 2.5 percent of benzoyl peroxide. For facial wash, I either use Neutrogena Micro Clear Cream Facial Wash, The Oil Free grapefruit cleanser from Neutrogena, Cetaphil, and a St. Ives scrub. So my question is, what else can I do to get rid of the pimples and blackheads? Any masks I can make at home?
Is my skin care regimen too much?
I am 20, female, and have struggled with moderate to severe acne since high school. After many rounds of consultations and product trials with my dermatologist, we settled on a combination of prescription products Clindamycin benzoyl peroxide combo cream in the morning6 % benzoyl peroxide cleanser at nightDifferin 0.3 % cream at nightIn the mornings I use cetaphil gentle cleanser before putting on the clindamycin, and I use moisturizer after that before putting on makeup. Since my skin can dry out easily, I use Vaseline at night as a moisturizer before bed. This regimen works but only sometimes. Despite all these efforts, I'm still having problems with acne. I am on birth control which should help keep my hormones in check, and I don't let anything touch my face. I also clean my pillowcases regularly and change them every few days because I have heard that can be a source of acne. I try to eat healthy and stay active, and I don't have a high stress lifestyle. My question is this could this be too much and actually be irritating my skin instead of helping it? Are there better products I can be using? My skin still gets very oily during the day I'm talking using a full blotting sheet once every 2 hours and I've tried different oil reducing moisturizers and even cutting out the Vaseline.I'm at my wits end with this acne and almost want to ask my derma about going on Accutane. Any suggestions?

Can Simple skin care cause acne?
I used Proactiv for years along with birth control that's kept my breakouts under control. But then I just had to change the bc pill I was taking. I also ran out of ProActiv & decided to try the Simple brand. My skin has gotten so bad There are constant red bumps all over my face and neck, mostly on the right side, and sometimes it itches or hurts. I'm starting to wonder if this is a bad reaction, not just acne, to maybe the Simple skin care line? What do you think, have you had this happen?I think I'm going to stop the Simple line immediately, and you reminded me to try honey with granulated sugar or something naturally antibacterial like that for a little while. Simple is supposed to be all 'natural' but it has stuff in it that suds, it's not all natural. And I can be sensitive to natural ingredients, too.
Best skin care products for numerous skin problems?
My skin has gotten really bad through many years of tanning, smoking and mild acne. I have acne scars, age spots, sun spots, and discoloration. The spots are usually red to dark to yellowish.I really cannot afford to see a dermatologist or have the money for any type of treatments they offer. There are sooooo many products out there. I tried very few with no results. I just don't know whats good and what actually works. Can anyone recommend any products that will actually get the job done? Also is there such a thing as plastic surgery that will give you perfect skin? That would be the only type of treatment I would consider. If there is something that will basically give me brand new, clear, perfect skin.Thank you.
